The lady was nice took all my information even seen that the charges didn't come from any card I use to purchase items on PlayStation even she said that the situation didn't look like my fault every card I used the chargeback didn't come from my account IDK if someone else used my system and did it, or I have been hacked, but I'm Innocent an PlayStation fan will be I just hope PlayStation understands that I don't have anything to do with the situation a get my account back up a running without any problems I never had an issue like this before with PlayStation, so I hope they see that I'm a loyal an honest customer as I show below these are all the cards I ever used, and I have no chargebacks on any of them like the customer trot said my cards wasn't the one that disputed the charges and I don't know who could have done it, and I'm very disappointed, but I do have a lock on my account so only I can get into my account please PlayStation I'm begging to recover my account it's so important to me

morning my card. The rRNA on file was used for 11 purchases 9 of wihich came to 117.00 in under 5 minutes while I was still sleeping.

My bank froze my card after they notice all the charges showing up . I did not authorize these purchasses nor did I know until the bank shut down my debit card for fear of fraudulent activity.. I am a single parent and on social secutityrè , I am very frugal with with my finances in order to make it month to . This is simply something I wouldnt do..

you see I adopted an 11 yr old and I am 62 and not tech David. I could cut up a dear or gut a fish but dont know the first thing about computers or PlayStations and I was in Costco a saw the PlayStation with 2 controllers of 599. So I thought I would get it for my new son

So he set it up with my card so he could get the monthly subscription of games then I bought Spider-Man for 80 bucks and a dinosaur game that is deleated a Lego came and that is all I Im aware of. Well while trying to get mayson to understand that that was all I could afford.

You guys put out the gta5 for free so unbenoance to me mason downloaded the game and mind you hes 11 and has been thru a lot befor I adopted him but what he has done next is uncalled for . Can you help me remove my debit card from my tv screen so he cant jet steel from me any time he want and get away with it because Im not tech savvy and dont know how to fix this situation. I want to keep the one subscription that has all those games on it. I dont know how to use the parent controls so I took both controllers and hid them till I talk to you and get some help.

I cannot make all my bills now . Im a crying mess Im betrayed and stollen from , I feel violated in a Spence and Im disappointed and broken at the amount of money he was able to use before my bank caught him. Is there any way you could show me grace and mercy on the charges and get me back on my feet again.

And show me how to protect my information on file so this never happens again. I desperately need your hel

Hello. I was purchasing a PlayStation Plus exclusive pack that was displayed at $0.00 on the PlayStation Store app but as soon as the confirmation goes through, it's a surprise $53.99 amount to my credit card.

I wanted a refund immediately. Going through this website didn't work at all and I've tried the PlayStation Support chat bot but that wasnt responding correctly. I waited a couple days and found an email to try, but I gave the Support chat bot another shot and this time during business hours and it worked. It got me in touch with a person who immediately refunded the purchase as I never downloaded it and it was within the 14 days of purchase requirement.

They also took note that the item SHOULD have been free as displayed for PS+ members, but it bugged out for me. I've always heard horror stories of how people get their accounts locked for refunds and never get them back, but I believe that'll happen, at least in getting locked, due to those situations involving account compromise or charge-back with credit cards and not with PlayStation themselves. I'm still glad this is the only time I've needed a refund though as I don't like any risk to my long running account (15+ years) but I hope I won't need it ever again. Honestly the display bugged happened before almost the exact same before but I didn't refund it as it wasn't nearly as large a charge.

So be aware in case this is a thing with PS+ displayed prices on the PS Store app. But PlayStation support did me good.

Now if only they gave better PS+ monthly games. Haha.

I recently discovered that my Playstation account was compromised back in 2010 and they waited until 2022 to access my email account to successfully change the password and email address in order to steal my PSN and Gamer ID and sell it on the black market.

So far it has been a nightmare trying to talk to customer service. Every time I use the web chat they close out the chat box abruptly.

Or when I call them, they put me on hold for 30 minutes to an hour and then hang up the phone in my face after I give them my information.

What's worse is that I upon doing my own investigation to figure out how I got hacked, I downloaded my account data on a linked account with Electronic Arts, and have pinpointed where the hacks came from.

But for some mysterious reason, the customer service agents at Playstation don't want to hear about it. It is almost as if they are providing cover for the culprits.

This is really sad because I have spent at least $10,000 on Sony game consoles and accessories since 2001, and to be treated like this the first time I reach out for help is very disrespectful, and a shameful way to do business.

I will not spend another red cent on anything with the name Sony attached to it.

I've called PlayStation, I've tried costumer service online, the result is the same, nobody attends me and I have an issue with my account. I have been soliciting a reset password and I don't get the email, nor do I get assistance, how is this possible?

You're a big company, and I'm a costumer, what kind of garbage of service is this? Is this how you treat your community? Disgraceful.

I'll leave a picture of my account when I created it, I have bought games in this account, I don't know why I have to go to this extent to get it back. Hope you can provide better costumer support because the quality of service from you guys suck.

Let me just tell you. If somethings happens to your account PlayStation network is the worse at resolutions. My account got hacked and unknown charges were made and when I contacted PlayStation network they basically told me I had to still pay for the charges AND when I contacted my bank they SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT. I was hung up on multiple times by their customer service reps who didnt want to bother with helping. Once my subscription ends Ill never by a single thing from PlayStation network ever again. This company is the absolute worse.

PlayStation took £59.99 from my bank for psn which I did not want so the next day I tried to contact them all I got was a bot saying they busy try again so I sent them a email telling them witch no reply so just kept trying to contact them finally got threw yesterday and they said we cant do anything its been over the 14 day I shown them a screen shot of the emails and the times and dates and still wont do nothing the proof I there how many of the other millions of customers are PlayStation doing this to and getting away with it this is something that needs looking into like the post office scandal

Playstation has terrible services. My account got stolen, the login details changed, and my ENTIRE CHECKING/SAVINGS ACCOUNT GOT STOLEN AS WELL. I didn't get notified until AFTER everything was gone.

Yesterday I Contacted a PlayStation representative on their PlayStation chat and when I came at them with this issue, they moved another agent to me and sent me to a different chat

My PS five is overheating internally and is stuck on a safe mode screen. I have cleaned it and even got it seen by a professional who told me to call Sony about this issue. When I called which was still in my product warranty but they wanted to charge me $250 which I dont know why but they tried too. A couple months after when my warranty expired, I tried to call them Still want to charge me at the same price? I seen people having the same issue with their PlayStation And have gotten this resolved by a Consumer protection complaint service.

This has been going on since the beginning of last year I have been contacting customer support and they're supposed to be escalating it to the higher-ups. I have yet to receive an email or call back about the issue, I bought a game used it and made room on my Council afterwards wanted to reupload but my license is expired even though I paid full price for the product.

I have been trying to get something resolved but this is going on for too long I hate that it's gone into the new year without a result.

The case in reference to is:# 207-1****. I need to speak to someone who can actually address and fix the issue.
